The eligibility criteria to become a member of SICA are:

• Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
• Resident of Papua New Guinea.

Fees payable upon admission: K200 (K100 once-off admission fee + K100 annual membership fee)
Each membership application is assessed by the Executive Council. Names of successful applicants will be entered into the membership register and they will receive a membership certificate. The deposits received from unsuccessful applicants will be refunded after deducting K20 towards processing expenses.
